Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

We will deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses. All packages will be sent via Australia Post or delivered by our designated couriers. Special request orders where priority mail, courier or Express Post is required will incur an extra Shipping and Handling charge.

Whilst we use quality carriers and whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, the reality is that errors may occur. Should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 1300 886 175 within 7 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation and we will use all our efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price. Any damaged products that are the fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.
