This website is owned and operated by Revive Distributors Pty Ltd (ABN: 32 109 825 827). All products listed on this website are described to the best of our abilities. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Copyright
The description of our products and photography is the copyright property of Revive Distributors Pty. Ltd, and specifically you may not reuse these images or descriptions in relation to any other product. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.

Payment Information
All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards only, and only cards with an Australian billing address.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Delivery Policy and Timeframes
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

We will deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses. All packages will be sent via Australia Post or delivered by our designated couriers. Special request orders where priority mail, courier or Express Post is required will incur an extra Shipping and Handling charge.

Whilst we use quality carriers and whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, the reality is that errors may occur. Should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 1300 886 175 within 7 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation and we will use all our efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price. Any damaged products that are the fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

Limitation Of Liabilities
Under no circumstances will Revive Distributors Pty. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from us, beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information.

Refund and Exchange Policy
At Revive Distributors Pty. Ltd. we are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised.  We are unable to refund or exchange any products purchased from this website as they are perishable food products and once they leave our storage facility may not be handled in a manner that allows for resale.

If any item we sell is faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange the product, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item and it must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt with the original receipt.
  2. The product is not defective as a result of misuse.
  3. You must provide us with your name and address.

We will issue you with a full refund back on the credit card that you used to make the purchase, or exchange the item, at your request (subject to stock availability).
