Refund Policy

At Revive Distributors Pty. Ltd. we are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised.  We are unable to refund or exchange any products purchased from this website as they are perishable food products and once they leave our storage facility may not be handled in a manner that allows for resale.

If any item we sell is faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange the product, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item and it must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt with the original receipt.
  2. The product is not defective as a result of misuse.
  3. You must provide us with your name and address.

We will issue you with a full refund to the credit card that you used to make the purchase, or exchange the item, at your request (subject to stock availability).
